About Me
Matthew R Aldridge has been in the real estate industry since 2005, first as a licensed salesperson, then as a licensed associate broker. Throughout his journey he has taken on roles as diverse as Sales Manager, Career leader, as well as Director of Agent Services. He also is a graduate of the Instructors Training Institute(ITI), earning him the distinction of New York State Approved Real Estate Instructor. Matthew has served the real estate community by serving on the Long Island Board of Realtors Bylaws and Legal Assistance committees. Matthew also has volunteered his time to mentor new agents through the National Association of Realtors Spire Mentorship Program. He posseses the heart of a teacher, and loves to educate the public as well as other real estate agents through his webinars and live classes. His unique platforms provide valuable information and are marketed towards a target audience of buyers and sellers serious about their real estate goals.
